The start to the visit was great, we were greeted by one of the employees who showed us to our room where we had some bubbles and snacks.

They asked for a some reference photos from their website which they found the dresses matched to. Both 2-3 sizes too small with the comment “but try to imagine it”.
After that they became obsessive with a specific cut from one of the dresses which I had liked, even though I told them was open to their suggestions to what would fit my body. We also pointed at some dresses in the room but they only brought them to the hanger only to put them back. 3-4 other staff members continued to come in and out of my room, having opinions on what I wore without really helping.

When they continued to put me in dresses too small that didn’t fit my body and despite having said that I didn’t like massive ball gowns they only put me in those saying something along the lines that my hips wouldn’t look good in thinner dresses - funny enough the one with the least volume was the only one that looked nice.

They encouraged my guests to take photos all the time which is proof that I was very defeated towards the end. I was literally standing half naked in the room when the next group of people came in to make themselves comfortable.

I had been recommended this place by friends but it’s not a place I would come back to. Sad to have felt like my size isn’t fit for a bride (and I’m a size medium).

I had an appointment today to go and pick up my dress, but I was treated like a nobody. I don’t know if is because of my skin color? We have used over 8000 Danish kroner for my dress, which is not small amount for us! When I got to their shop today, they told me that they don’t have time and asked me to come another day, but we had agreed that I should come today and try my dress, which they were fixing for me. I told them I can’t go and come back since I live far away from Malmø, then the guy told me, but we are busy now you can go and come back after 2 hours. I refused to go since I didn’t know anywhere to go in Malmø and we already had an appointment ! After like 5 minutes the guy came with my dress so that I could try but everything had to go very fast. The dress is not fixed well at the hips! One side is bigger than the other, it looks like trash. I have pictures wearing it and it doesn’t look good. This is supposed to be my day and you have already ruined it! We are now looking for another dress after using a lot of money to people who don’t value customers!

Disappointing experience! I found a wedding dress and was informed about alteration options. After identifying several issues, I was devastated when I picked up the dress. With little time left before my wedding, the dress was ruined. They had used inappropriate fabric to close the V-neck, which didn't match the lace. The asymmetrical sleeves were poorly done, and the fit was off. I pointed this out in the store, and after a half-hearted attempt, I decided to go to a tailor in Copenhagen. My tailor confirmed the poor craftsmanship and service. The dress was poorly machine-sewn, and the quality was shocking. I was lucky to get an appointment, but it was the worst experience.

Super friendly and also efficient place with so many different dresses. You don’t really need to go to any other store because they have such a wide selection. I was so happy to my after looking for a long time

My online order was very delayed. Therefore I tried to cancel the order before it even had arrived to their stock but they sent it anyway. It then took two months to get my money back since they were very difficult to get a hold of. At least they finally apologised for the mistake and sent my money back.

Can only recommend Proms and Weddings! Had a great experience throughout the entire process leading up to my wedding -from the great help and advice in finding MY dress - to the alterations, which they did a great job on to the final touches which they did in an afternoon, so I bring my dress home to Copenhagen. Super nice staff and so so helpful! Also great that they have in-house tailoring as it was super helpful in making sure that I had all the info on what was possible and not possible in terms of alterations when trying to find find my dress. So much love for the store and its employees :)

They took my money more than 3 weeks ago and never sent the order. Nobody answers the phone or the customer service on the website. After spending a lot of time to chase them, they finally answered on messenger without any apology or reason for the delay that the order will be sent "next week", not more precise than that. Very disappointing and unprofessional for a service dedicated for events, where timing is key.

I really loved every dress, you can find whatever you looking for, and they had good tasty and was helpful to pick a dress. I will give them 100 % and 5 out of 5 ⭐️

Very nice and patient employees, you get all the help you need and more. It’s an experience to come shop for your dresses, and I came from Denmark. Customer service is 11/10, I will come back anytime for dress shopping. Best dress shop I ever been to👌🏾💯💯😍😍

They are super professional. The dresses are magical and so so beautiful. Their prices are so reasonable and they have something for everyone in terms of taste and price range!

I couldn’t ask for a better service! They staff was so kind and helpful. They helped me find and create the wedding dress of my dreams. I couldn’t be more grateful and happy. They did everything to fulfill my wishes!

Very bad service.
1. A staff calculated the price, from SEK to DKK, and had the price 2000 DKK wrong, but insisted that she had done the math correct, and i payed the deposit. When i got the final bill 3 months later, I was correct and the dress ended up costing more than 2000 DKK more than she had said.
2. At the final fitting, 1,5 months before the wedding, i ordered a veil. It should be sent to me in DK, but never arrived. I called several times to hear get an update on the veil (starting a month after i ordered it (16th of April)) and finally i called to get my money back the 30th of April, and you said you would return them right away. Today the 14th of May i still haven't recieved neither veil nor money.

3. I tried to call you 5 times, but no answer, and the first time i used my husbands phone instead, it only rang once, and then you answered it. I'm not saying you blacklisted me, but it kinda felt a bit like it thoug. However, in the telephonecase, i will let the benefit of the doubt be in your favour, even thoug i find it a bit weird...

After yet another angry e-mail, i finally recieved the money for the missing veil today.
