I don’t think I’ve ever met a company like this, my car came in after a small accident, I was never told how long it was going to take to repair the damage, I had a holiday booked and they promised my car would be back for me to go away, alas the day came and after 2 weeks my car hadn’t been touched so delayed holiday for a week as promised it would be finished, alas no car and still not repaired, I’ve now had 3 messages from you to say car finished when I find out it’s not even been painted yet, delayed holiday for another week to find out today car is no where near done and will be finished by Wednesday, I asked to book a delivery spot for Thursday and was told as car not done yet they can’t book it in, I asked to speak to someone higher to complain and the phone was put down on me, stay clear of this company 1 star is far to good for them
I recently had my motorhome in for repairs and experienced a lack of communication from the service center. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them for information, they provided excuses and failed to keep me updated on the progress. After approximately three months, they informed me that they were unable to locate the necessary part and abruptly ended the conversation.
I would advise against using their services due to the unprofessional and unsatisfactory manner in which they handled my repair.
My prev car went into thus shabby garage after an accident back in march 2022. They kept it for 8mths and it was brought back to me with more faults than it went in with!
Fast forward to Jan this Yr...
Another accident in a different car. Went into garage in Feb. Nothing major but did have problems with grill after accident. Thry told me it would be repaired and returned by April but were now in June and still no date of when I will get it back! Thry have been calling the past 4 wks telling me they are waiting on coolant etc but should be ready by end of week! Full of excuses! Toild them to just call me when it's ready!!
If it wasn't for direct line using these for us disability customers, obv I wouldn't use them! Get a grip d.l and ditch these cowboys!!!

I don't usually do reviews for anything but thought I would make a special effort this time.
I have to agree with the previous comments, these guys are total tossers and cowboys. Unfortunately I did not have a choice of repairers as my mobility car is insured with direct line and had to go to the Peterborough branch of Prontoarc. Why such a huge,well known insurance company like direct line would appoint Prontoarc as their approved repairers beats me. Since my car was damaged at the beginning of Sept 2023 they have had it for between 3 1/2 and 4 months in total trying to resolve a problem which started after they fitted a new door. Their unprofessional conduct, shoddy workmanship and lack of quality control is totally unacceptable and as for excuses, well I've never heard so many. If I could give them -500 🌟 then that would be more appropriate.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Pronto - an ironic name to give a company that took in total half a year to get my car repaired!! At one point they even called me to book my car in for collection/repair when my car was already on their premises!!
When I collected my car, they hadn’t completed all their repairs, so had to have it back - another lengthy wait.
Finally, when all the repairs were completed, upon collection I noticed that a major crack had appeared in my window screen, which wasn’t there prior.
Also, the repair work is substandard. In my experience, because there was no monetary gain in them repairing it due to it still being under warranty, they claimed that the peeling and flaking of the paintwork wasn’t down to them, declaring that ‘they can tell because they have been in the field for 15 years’.
If you can go elsewhere, I advise you strongly to do so.

Vin number, mileage photo taken of the dash with the key visible, bloody photos of the entire car.
When asked why they reckon they need to value my car... it's 7 months old from new, 6k on the clock and immaculate bar said dent.
Utter over kill and stupidity.
I'll live with the dent and have told the insurance company to cancel said claim!!

Although the damage had been corrected to a high standard, my car came back to me in a not good state on the inside, it was really dirty, one mark i’m unable to get out! Definitely no valet for me! I emailed them with pictures and still 2 weeks later has not had any response! Really disappointing.
This would have been a 5 star review if it hadn't taken almost 7 weeks to return my car. The finish is first rate, every panel down the drivers side was damaged and now you wouldn't know its been in an accident. Thank you Pronto

Simply the most incompetent, rude and uncommuncative company I have had the misfortune to be lumbered with.
My Insurance company made me use them, after 6 weeks I have had no updates and when asking for a reason they hung up the phone. Still do not have my car.
If you can avoid them I would - I suspect they are too big to care about customers as they just get work from insurance compnaies
All the staff were very helpful, Kyran (I hope I didn't spell his name wrong) is a credit to your company, he was very patient and helpful whenever contacted. The car looks great! The repair team have done an amazing job on my car. The only thing I could say wrong about the place was how long it took to repair the car but the work and customer service makes up for that.
Staff were very courteous everytime I spoke them, they did a fantastic job of making my car look look perfect again. My only bug bear is that they failed to replace my jack point covers and when I contacted them they no longer had them so I am having to find replacements and pay for them which is proving very difficult as my car is a limited edition.
Louie Emery was very helpful when I delivered my car for repairs and, again when I collected it. He was knowledgeable and helpful with the courtesy car also.
From start to finish the service I received was very good. They informed me of everything every step of the way. More than happy to recommend them
If I could 0 stars I would. Although I was unable to have a courtesy car (need hand controls), the company did nothing to speed up the time taken to repair my vehicle. They took over 3 weeks to put a plastic bumper on the front of the car (nothing else wrong with it). Did not answer the phone when I rang for updates, did not ring me back when I left a message.
They kept me updated with the progress of the repair. Very courteous. Efficient and reliable
Great service. Very professional. Kept in touch with updates by phone. Would definitely recommend them. Will use again without hesitation. 5star service.
