Exceptional Service
Imelda is the manager of this location at 10718 Potranco , inside H.E.B . She gave me great customer service over the phone. She gave me a great low rate. She is very nice, friendly, helpful & very knowledgable . She made it quick and easy to get auto insurance. So convenient to just do everything over the phone and email without having to go into the location. I will definitely be recommending my family & friends to this location for auto insurance because of her .

Ive seen the snazzy commercials for…
Ive seen the snazzy commercials for Pronto and decided to call and get my daughter auto ins here. From the start it was hard be passed from one person to another every time you call the same number they connect you to different agents and locations. This agent (Jessica Fernandez) was my agent. She was never to be found or available to talk. They charged me 475 plus 800 for two month. I was under the impression that paid for three months. Well they kept my deposit didn't put it towards my policy and Come to find out exactly 30 later i get a call from an agent trying to sell me a auto policy. I told the girl i already had a policy she couldn't find it. I did all the signatures the pictures and payments everything that was requested and was canceled without any communication. I found out i was driving around with no insurance for a month. No warning no call no email. I had to spend close to 3 days on the phone getting hung up on, multiple agents saying they couldn't find any information. After arguing for three days with a 1888 customer service number they refunded me only my 800 and would not refund any of my 475 and could not give any explanation why or what it went toward if it didn't go to my insurance. I warn all people be very careful the agents at Pronto and United American Auto scam people they take their money then cancel without any explanation and give you the run around. BEWARE !!!!! Keep in mind my daughter's driving record is flawless.
