They are a rip-off and do not give the specifics on policies. I was told $140 a month and I paid them $300 down thinking that would give me a couple months before needing to make a payment. But nope, they canceled my policy without even giving a heads up before hand.
And where is my refund when I told them I won't continue with them and send my balance back to my card? No response and no refund. They owe me $160.

The pronto insurance added a driver without authorization. I called to take the driver off and Pronto was charging me to drop the driver. Why should I have to pay to drop a driver when i did not add. They did not know who added the driver. The premium did not change and they said premium was the same. I asked when will it go up and they said maybe on renewal in December. I said I will drop it then. Following week a got an alert from bank in the negative. Pronto withdrew without authorization $1342.00 I was in the negative. Premium was $512 to $1342. I called and they said underwriting added the driver and i had 10 days to drop or make changes. I did not email me or call or any notification. I even asked the agent and no changes were on my account. The worst insurance. They charge for updating address. I had already updated my address to a po box and it was still not updated. They were charging me to add my po box. address.
