Firstly, the customer service was fabulous. I bought the 02, wanted to swap for the 03. That was processed and dispatched quickly and I wasn't charged.
I followed the application instructions to the letter. The cream was easy to apply. A thick layer from each tube covers about a 10 squre cm area, roughly.
It was 2hrs before we started tattooing (collar bones, thorax and pectoral areas) and I felt no pain on the first pec, apart from the odd tiny scratch here and there. The thorax was a different matter, but I honestly think no amount nor strength of cream would numb much in that area between the boobs. we finished on the other pec. We were 4ish hours in by then and there was pain when shading but adding the white at the end, I didn't feel a thing.
Overall, I was really please with the product and the experience and I'd use it again.

It initially got it really numb
It initially got it really numb, it just seems like it wore off a little too quick. That and The initial test area got really red patchy for like a whole day and a half. So the product may be fine it may just be my skin's sensitive to whatever is in it.
