Ordering was quick and easy. Shipping was in pretty good time. There were some issues with the coat I purchased and it was past the 30 day exchange time because it was a Christmas present. I contacted the company, showed them the issue and they handled it fairly and promptly. I will definitely continue to buy from this company!!

I have tried calling, no return call… I have emailed them, no result. I have tried their return service form that says system is down try again later. Terrible company completely…
PROOZY CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN"T EXIST
My order was placed on Dec. 8. To date I have received no updates from Proozy.
I see today that Paypal sent me a notice of refund for the item at about 6.00pm on the 20th. I saw on proozy when ordering that shipping is 4-10 days.
Late on the 12th Day after ordering, I finally hear something From PAYPAL.- A REFUND!!!
I still have no word about anything from Proozy.
Proozy support and service is not acceptable.
Especially at Christmas!!

I ordered a winter jacket on 12/11. A Christmas gift for a relative arriving on 12/23. I received a notice on 12/20 late afternoon that my credit card would be credited back (at some point) for the amount I paid.
No apology and now I have to drive around town looking for a replacement gift.
NEVER again will I order from Proozy.
Took my money
I placed 3 orders within a short period of time. The 1st order was placed, confirmed, and paid for 11/29/23. I've sent multiple emails and placed many phone calls. There is zero response other than a bot that is worthless to this cause. I feel like you shouldn't do business with them because this is the same situation in a lot of their reviews. Good luck if you choose to.

Absolutely a nightmare dealing with these clowns. They don't pick up their phones, they don't respond to requests for shipping information. They also don't respond to PayPal asking why I was charged for hundreds in products that never shipped. I'm thinking they went out of business...they just haven't told anyone yet. Save your money and headache and order somewhere else. They used to be a great deal...now they are straight garbage 🗑️

Poorly run company
I placed an order on Oct 29th for a couple of presents for Christmas. I understood that shipment of my order would take between 4-10 business days. I waited until Nov 18th to send a message to check on my order. I received a reply on Nov 21st that due to warehouse changes and unexpected volumes they were behind on shipments. I reached out again on Nov 30th and it wasn't until today, Dec 12th, that they responded with "We appreciate your patience." I was able to contact the company on my 3rd attempt via phone today, Dec 13th, and they agreed to cancel my order and refund my full amount within 72 hours. Keeping my fingers crossed! Update..I received my full credit but I still won’t order from them again.

This company is beyond awful! - They are unscrupulous and should not be trusted! I placed an order over 2 months ago and it took weeks to get them to respond to my question about shipping the products - Finally after a month they shipped one of the items on the order and now almost 2 months later and only after I remembered that I did not receive the item did they "cancel the order" and issue a refund. I am confident they would not have owned up to not shipping the order and would not have proactively reached out and issued a refund. Never trust a site that charges your credit card before they ship the products as this site does. The customer service is non-existent, and when they do you the favor of eventually replying, they are horrible. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE PROOZY.COM

Ordered products over 2 months ago and have not received them or even a message on why they are delayed. My credit card was already charge for the purchases. I have emailed and get an automated response. Also tried calling and leave name and they never call back, even though the message states they will call in 24 hours. So please do not order from this company!

I ordered a coat almost 2 months ago. I realized the site had resorted to a small when I changed the charge card. Couldn’t change the order even though it wasn’t shipped. As soon as it came I returned it myself because there site was down. A month later no refund! No communication! Even though I called customer service. Bad company service all around. I’m out more than $65.

I placed order 4375539-P 2 weeks ago and it has yet to ship. I contacted them via chat asking why my items have not shipped yet even though you charged me a week and a half ago ,and they gave me a BS excuse that they are switching warehouses. What legitimate company decides to switch warehouses over Black Friday weekend, one of the busiest weekends on the internet and in store of the year?? I have contacted them via email and via chat three times over the last 6 days, and all my correspondence goes unanswered..... I had the same issue the last order with them and I thought I'd give them one more shot, that was a bad decision on my part and I learned from now on that I will never order from this company again, nor should you because you will never get your item !!! They charged me right away for my product two weeks ago, and will not ship them to me, nor will they respond to any of my correspondents other than the BS excuse on the first chat that they were switching warehouses and the shipment will be delayed.... I would not purchase from this company again, do their lack of customer service and their lack of honesty, and simply for the policy of charging my card without shipping the product at all.....

Just successfully reached PROOZY customer service who was happy to refund my delayed item. He offered reasonable explanation as to the issues they’re facing and the steps they’re taking to correct things. I will give them another try in the future.

Same as other bad reviews. Never shipped in almost 3 weeks now. Refuses to respond to emails checking on a shipping status. Seems like they closed up shop as many others are reporting the same issues. I'd stay away from now.
They do not have the products they advertise
In my opinion, they do not have the products they advertise. My orders were marked “ordered” for several weeks, but not shipped. Even after an order was marked, “partially shipped”, I could not get any tracking details. I reached out to customer service several times, no response (phone and email) I finally was able to cancel my orders for a refund. Proozy was a complete waste of my time.
This company is a sham
This company is a sham. I placed 2 orders approx 1 month ago. One order arrived with the wrong product, the second order I never received shipping information and the order never arrived. I've called customer service twice and emailed 6 times. Not once has anyone responded from customer service. I'm now stuck fighting the payment through my credit card service. Definitely advise to avoid and don't waste your money or your effort.
Avoid Proozy
I ordered a coat and pair of pants on November 3rd. I was charged for the items but never received a tracking number or the clothing items. They have not replied to my phone calls or emails. I have disputed the charge with my bank.
