I provided an ITA Matrix itinerary which was relatively complex and I didn’t fancy trying to spend forever on the phone booking it. Propellor did all the leg work and managed to get the whole thing ticketed with minimal fuss. Will definitely use them again as it made life very easy indeed!

Propeller Travel provides an incredibly useful service for those mad travellers who are trying to achieve particular frequent flyer status in a cost effective manner and to use the various vouchers that you might have in an account. I specifically use them for trips to obtain British Airways status and use vouchers - extremely helpful and friendly.

Highly recommended! Firstly the customer care from all the staff at Propeller is amazing, very knowledgeable and willingness to help in any situation. My wife and I done a multi flight trip from London, ending in LA. We had some issues with flight changes with some of the airlines. Gebie, Alp and the rest of the team at Propeller, was extremely helpful even with time differences. They stepped in and rectified the situation, resulting in a seamless flight experience for my wife and I. I’m extremely grateful for their help and I Propeller have gained a lifetime loyal customer.
