Steven & Propel Parts were a huge help - avoided line down
Steven & Propel Parts were a huge help! We were able to place a large order and get it shipped out same day to avoid a line down situation for a customer due to a lost component. The order was even submitted after the 3pm cutoff for same day shipments and we got it the next morning!

Ordered a part appx 45 days ago credit card billed same day. overnight shipping paid for 45 days later NO part. Cannot get anybody on the phone except the worthless call center.
