worst company ever! been waiting for 3 months, no reply. scandalous communication

“I placed an order on July 4, and it never showed up. I reached out for an update and was completely ignored — not even a basic acknowledgment. This company is an absolute terrible. Zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. Save yourself the frustration and money — do not order from this place. They clearly have no intention of delivering products or providing even the most basic customer service

I placed an order on April 4th, but it never arrived, and customer service was evasive. Only to then tell me it wouldn't arrive and not refund me the €110. Order no. 8459, a 0-star experience, not a 1-star one. But you can't give it a zero. Big scammers.

They never deliver the shoes and ignore any attempt to contact them. It's a complete scam.

They don't send the shoes. I've been contacted several times and have been told that they are already being sent and will arrive shortly and months pass.
Now they just ghost me.
They denied refunding me the money.

I made an order over 15 days ago and still did not receive the boots. I wrote two times to their support but not answer. They seems to be a fraudelent organization. I will see what legal measures can i take againsts them.

The shoes are made of plastic and it’s not mentioned on your website and you are not refunding the money despite costing me $75 to post it back, not responding back to my emails…you owe me about $270…another one of those companies

I bought the wrong model, and after canceling the order, customer service stopped responding. I haven't heard from them in days. Their customer service is nonexistent. I've been requesting a refund for days, but they don't reply. Don't buy from them. It's a scam.
