I have an absolute awful experience with this business. I was victim of discrimination and racism and incredible poor treatment from the team. I would avoid this business at all cost.

Please don’t use them if you are a person of colour.

They are racists! They denied renting a property to my partner purely on the basis of her skin colour.

I viewed the property on my own and they said yes as I was the first to view it but as soon they saw her passport they started asking very uncomfortable questions regarding her salary which were out of scope.
They then put the property back on the market and did not want to send her back her deposit even though they had all intentions to say no to her in the first place.
The only way to get her deposit back was by way of talking to the Trading Standards and getting advice from them on how to tackle their racist behaviour.

Pure racists! Stay clear and don’t do business with them

This estate agents is Run & owned by absolute cowboys. Stay well clear of them.
They eat up your money and give no reasoning . Dodgy as hell, specifically the female owner goes by the name of Anna.

The whole set up is rouge.

Rented from them and the place was falling apart . They weren’t interested in fixing anything.

Do not use them for anything at all.
Go with an established estate agents with great British values and customer service instead. There are so many other safer & professional options.

Review from a previous tenant. From start to finish this company where a bunch of rouge traders, i don't say this lightly. Despite stating in the conditions of the lease that the place was to be professionally cleaned, a broken window repaired, cracks repaired and a general paint touch up, suffice to say none of these were actioned during our tenancy.

The property was handed over with moldy food in the fridge ash trays that were dirty and none of the repairs actioned. We phone them in order to give them the opportunity to resolve the situation however they said they had inspected the property twice with two different people and they deemed it to be in a satisfactory condition. That really say it all.

The broken window was not repaired for the winter as well.

The exit process, we left the property is a better state than we found it in however they still took this opportunity to not give back out deposit on trumped up reasons which were false.

There are more reasons I could list but i think the points made demonstrate the poor service of this company.
