Sitting here with my gf she Never signed up just realized being charged a monthly fee, disputed the charge through the credit card company. Temporary refund until ccc investigation.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

They say nothing about you being billed…
They say nothing about you being billed for a subscription to their service that you don’t need when you’re checking out. Even if you pay for the 7 day version they will charge you and don’t let you cancel via the website. They don’t even show you have a subscription when you log into the user portal until after you’re charged. This is deceptive at best and fraudulent at worse.
Scamming people, I will also be contacting CFPB, and others.
BS company and results. Paid $1.95 to get info on a house that I owned and so I obviously know all the previous information on this home. After paying the fee, site says that no information is available. Neglected to see the fine print that addtional monthly fee would be charged after 7 days. AVOID THIS BS company!!!!!
TOTAL BS company and results
TOTAL BS company and results. Paid $1.95 to get info on a house that I owned and so I obviously know all the previous information on this home. I wanted to check whether the cash buyer had obtained permits to repair septic issue. After paying the fee, site says that no information is available. Data was outdated by four to ten years
Data was outdated by four to ten years, as well as being completely wrong on certain specs. Definitely NOT worth even a 'look see'. I would say this site is a scam. Save your time and money and go to your courthouse and/or title company instead!
Thieves
This company is stealing money from hard working Americans. They baited me with the 7 day free trial period and I was only needing to find the parcel number. I was charged 29.95 twice and requested a refund. They denied the refund and said they don't belong to the BBB. Don't do business with these crooks
Property Checker is a scam
Property Checker is a scam. Said there were three records. When I paid, then there were no records.
Woke up this morning with a message…
Woke up this morning with a message from my bank saying property checker tried charging 29.95 multiple times. Scam scam scam
Fraud Site - Claims Info Exists That Doesn't Exist
I signed up because a preliminary search fraudulently suggested they had information on some record types available that I needed. When I viewed the actual data, all of those items were literally their own boilerplate text saying that nothing was found. If it says "Information Available" then they are lying and the only information you get will be "No information available". This is obviously to scam people into signing up and then getting charged monthly when they forget about it. Do not use. Your county auditor site is free, and all they've done is scrape their data into a pretty UI.
