If you want to lean how not to run a rental business then this is for you
Tomes staff never reply when you call In. They read the messages in the whats app group they set up for you when you move in but then never reply. They must not realise that you can see when the messages are read. (Sometimes over a month after the message was sent then still doesn't reply.)
Would not recommend.
I really love being part of the tomes homes DMA gang. I’ve been investing in property for nearly 20 years, previously working everything out for myself and making lots of mistakes along the way. I reached out to Jackie a number of years ago now and through her mentorship, and now having the support of the tomes homes DMA programme, I have seen my results improve exponentially. Whilst I am now doing more deals, most importantly to me is that I have a business which is more systemised and aligned to my lifestyle and goals. I am more focused in terms of the deals I look for, and this narrowing down and targeted approach has reduced overwhelm and increased the speed I am able to move forward. I would thoroughly encourage any property investor out there to reach out to Jackie, Dave, Dom and co, if you want to create a property ‘business’ which is systemised and set up for growth.
