I attended the planning workshop and master classes held by Property CEO . All I can say is , I wish I had found these guys earlier on in my journey . The training was intense and full of amazing information which will now help me to progress with property developments and not make mistakes that so many developers do . All of the trainers are experts in their fields and no question was left unanswered . I thoroughly enjoyed it and there were some amazing tricks of the trade given and I look forward to using them ! If you are serious about moving in to developments or are a newbie , I highly recommend Property CEO.

A great day spent analysing deals and discussing opportunities from different angles. These sessions always remind me how important careful analysis and professional input are when assessing development opportunities.

I attended the Fast Track workshop to understand whether commercial conversions are a strategy I want to pursue, and overall it was a really positive experience.

Day 1 was excellent — strong delivery, clear explanations, and very valuable insight into the overall strategy. What really stood out for me was the experience of the trainers. It was obvious they’ve done this in the real world, and that gave me confidence in the content being taught.

The course provides a good, solid overview rather than deep technical detail, which I think is appropriate for people at the stage of wanting to explore whether this strategy is right for them.

I did enjoy the deal analysis element, although I felt it would have been more effective if it had been done without reliance on their spreadsheet, particularly as it wasn’t included to participants. That said, I’m comfortable creating my own, so it didn’t detract significantly from the value for me.

The pace did drop a little on Day 2 compared to the strong start of Day 1, but overall the workshop achieved what I wanted it to — clarity.

I’d recommend this to anyone wanting to properly understand commercial conversion as a strategy before deciding whether to go further.

Developers Club has become an integral part of our own development as property entrepreneurs. It’s a full day each month, and we prioritise this in our calendars.

The discussions are grounded in real projects and actual challenges, which makes the learning both relevant and immediately useful. The expert panel is brilliant, and the speakers are always excellent.

Huge value lies in how projects are reviewed. When deals are unpacked openly, it becomes clear how often outcomes hinge on small technical details, planning nuances, or timing decisions. Small insights shared in these sessions can have a disproportionate impact on risk and viability.

Equally important is the peer group. Learning alongside other developers who are evaluating opportunities or have active projects creates a rare level of honesty and openness. It’s a thoughtful, supportive, and high-calibre community that we value greatly.

What a fantastic 2025 it’s been and such a brilliant way to round off the year with the final 12th Club event! The presenters were so inspiring. Glenn Bolton was absolutely fantastic as guest speaker, and I really enjoyed chatting with him over lunch. It’s always such a great mix of people, and having Tony Powers there covering the legals is a brilliant addition. Every event this year has been exceptional Thank you, Property CEO, for another superb year!

Best mentorship program I’ve tried by far. The 12-month mentorship is meticulously put together from beginning to end nothing is left to chance. Amazing mentors, and a fantastic crowd of people to network with. My biggest takeaway was learning how to build a proper business structure: from marketing and websites to documents and deal analysis. The accountability coaching is first-class. Overall, a 5-star experience excellent, and I highly recommend it.

I’ve been taking the Property CEO course, and it’s been an eye-opening experience. The training is well-structured and really practical, giving you actionable strategies for property development even if you have no prior experience. The course covers everything from finding deals to managing renovations and understanding the financial side of things.

What I appreciate most is how accessible the content is, and the support from the team is excellent they genuinely want you to succeed. Since starting the course, I feel much more confident in making property investment decisions and have a clear roadmap for improving my financial situation through property. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get started or level up in property development.

This is the first course I have done in 25 years, I wish this was available back then! I have looked at every available course after changing my strategy within the property world. Property CEO is a 12 month course and I am in month 7. The training is excellent you never feel on your own as the community is amazing. There is not one thing I would change about his course at all. Don't think about it just do it.

I did three days course it looks very promising , they will keep on telling the courses are limited numerous time during the course. And they will offer you some perks if you joined now. If it was so limited why do you have to keep on tellling again and again during the course.
I did join the course I paid deposit around £3600 they will not send any documents what your rights are and what is on contract is.
After paying it I did lots of research It didn’t look at it says for me. I was lucky I didn’t pay full.
I didn’t pay full amount so didn’t in roll the course but loss my deposit.
Does it work as it says I don’t know. As I don’t in roll.
So any of you wishing to do the course please do a proper research. Do not get pressured into in rolling the course. End of the day they are salesman wanting to sell the course.

I recently attended the Property Development Fast Track three-day online workshop with Property CEO, and I was genuinely impressed by the depth and quality of the content. Incredibly detailed course, love the fact it takes you through every stage (including how to structure a business).

You have regularly meetings with mentors who coach you through different stages of a business.

Would highly recommend, I've been in property for 20years now and it has 10x my property development game!

Firstly the hosts, The Crown Plazza is a very well run hotel and perfect to accomodate the workshop.
Richie Clapson is a very experienced developer but along with the team has the ability to put things in laymens terms. There are 3 industry proffessionals in the room and the day is spent between educating and critiquing your projects. Nothing is left unanswered and its a very thorough day

Most clear, no nonsense approach to knowledge sharing. No hype nor exaggerated pitches. Highly structured, intensely informative and clear analysis of deals and enjoyable sessions all three days. The best property course ive been on so far by far. We all learnt so much and enjoyed the process. wonderful input in every session. Thank you Ritchie, Dan, Ian, and of course Colin.

Well into the full propertyCEO training course (second Academy Day), I can safely say that this is the best training experience I have had for a very long time. With a room full of active experienced consultants able to give real-life advice on active potential deals, there's no better way to learn. And I'm already putting it into practice! With the support from an excellently-formed team. Well done, all.

It was our first day and we thoroughly enjoyed the day the group environment was great and the day was filled with energized and motivated people who all had one goal to achieve greatness in property development sharing their ideas and development plans. As usual, Richie did a great job as a presenter keeping us focused.

I completed the propertyCEO mentorship course which I was able to do at home and at my own pace whilst still working in my daytime job. I then went onto do the 4 day residential course as well which goes through the process of all aspects of a real industrial to residential conversion in minute detail. The training given was detailed and thorough and delivered by a team with a vast amount of experience in property development. I cannot speak more highly of my experience here and it's given me the confidence to go out and do my first property development.

Great 3 day course - interesting, informative, engaging, and well delivered.

Well worth the affordable price tag. With a background in residential refurbishment and a very small commercial conversion (two storey shop to a shop and a flat), this course was an excellent introduction to multi-unit creation and all the basic aspects that underpin it.

A very thorough introduction to small scale property development, packed into 3 days, which requires the pace to be quite fast indeed. Gleaned a great grounding on how useful this strategy is, when the government and local councils seem bent on punishing the landlords in the rental sector. Creating more homes is key right now in this country, and this will show you the potential to exploit an easier path to larger profits. Thanks guys
