I was not aware that will be a monthly charge for one time access. When second charge came thru I chat on line, cancel subscription and they reverse the second month credit card charge

I was being charged twice in the month of March. The first charge, I expected. But I did not expect the second charge. The person I was chatting with closed my account, at my request, so that I wouldn’t be charged in the future, and he gave me a refund for the second charge. He was extremely helpful.
