Scott did a polite and good job of cancelling my subscription that I was tricked into. But PropertyRecs.com needs to be put on the SCAM list

My experience with property recs.com was phenomenal. I got just what I needed when I needed it , without the hassle of waiting for it in the mail. The whole process was very easy and I definitely would recommend them if you ever need a property record for a home. Thanks property recs.com you’re outstanding!!!

I misunderstood the payment process as a one time payment for a 15 day period and had an account open for almost a year. Explained that I had only used the service one time since opening but had been charged monthly. They were kind and refunded me the total amount of the charges(after the first and only month of use) and closed my account to avoid any further charges. It was a quick a easy process and if needed in the future I will most definitely be using PropertyRecs again. Don't be like me and be aware its a monthly service charge

This website secretly subscribed me to a $20 / month subscription against my will and I didn't notice until 11 months later when I had to ask for a $220 refund. They initiated a refund promptly without questions. Still waiting 5-7 days to see if the money actually shows up ...

The site response was fast All went well Except, (not in Samantha's control) she could only get us back $20.00 When, without my knowledge, I was somehow signed up for a monthly plan I paid in $120.00 ($20.00/month for 6 months) and got nothing In fact, Samantha's research indicated I was looking into Donna Harland who is sitting next to me as I type... Although, we appreciate the $20.00 refund, the remaining $100.00 refund would be the right action to take.
