Did not realize I signed up for a subscription; thought it was a one-time purchase for a property record until I saw an another pending charge (CAREFUL PEOPLE). But Shirley closed the account and refunded the pending charge effortlessly. Appreciate it.

I went online, ordered and paid for one report. They had some sneaky way of connecting that order to establishing a subscription and began deducting money from my bank account on a monthly basis. I called customer service. It was awful. Terrible connection, surly, nasty, truly rude individual. I was told the account was cancelled and I would receive a confirmation email. It never came. Money was deducted again. I called again, different representative but just as hostile and rude, Another promise of a confirmation of cancellation email. It never came. Just tried a third time. Different person but just as rude and unhelpful as the first two.

Properties.com gives you an exceptional amount of information about the property that you are interested in purchasing. This website offers information about previous owners and the dimensions and details about the property that the realtor sometimes doesn’t know.

PropertyRecs.com continues to make small charges to your payment method at irregular intervals after you make a small purchase with them. They then claim you signed up for recurring services, even though no such services were ever requested or delivered.
In short Propertyrecs.com is a scam, designed to impose recurring charges on unwary consumers.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Although the company refunded my money after I penetrated their opaque systems, I am leaving my review up - since I believe their intention is to make money off of people who do not closely examine their credit card bills. They were making small charges that would have added up to hundreds of dollars per year.

No waiting and I was helped right away

I went to my tax appraisers regular site and somehow ended up on their site…not sure how though. I was going to be charged $7 for a full report and the next thing I knew, I got charged $9.95. This was on March 5th. I received a text on March 21 thanking me for my service. Confused, I search the web for reviews and why they were texting me. I saw where people were charged monthly so I went on their site to be sure I cancelled ANY subscription. Then, that same day, another $9.95 charge! I immediately emailed them and they were quick to refund that charge. They may be a real company, but they had no right to charge me a second fee after only 16 days!
