Fast response to enquiries.

5 days ago I received an email receipt saying that my documents would be sent to me within an hour. Order no #885497. Unfortunately some of the documents I requested weren't available. I received a partial refund for the unavailable pages, and very fast replies to my emails. Thanks for your assistance.

Amazingly fast response

Amazingly fast response as I submitted my request on a Sunday!
There is confusion about local lot numbers so I received the adjoining DP first but when I pointed this out I received the correct one in minutes, very good service.
Now I have a high resolution copy of the original instead of the muddy photocopy my lawyer sent me with the contract.
