Faz's professionalism ranks the highest I have come across in this industry. It is a minefield of disreputable companies out there, and then I came across this gem. Although Property Solvers were unable to help me due to circumstances outside of their control, Faz gave 5 star⭐customer service even suggesting alternative ways for me. He genuinely cared about my circumstances, going the extra mile to try and help me. I even received a follow up call the next day to see what progress I had made. Faz deserves every success in his career - it is a rarity to find someone of his calibre these days with 100% integrity. I decided to sell my house via auction with Property Solvers. I initially spoke to Jacob who set everything up and then Michael who managed the sale, both were excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, listened to all my questions and guided me through the process. Both were also very proactive and responsive. Even better, my property sold before the auction and completed exactly as per the terms agreed. Would highly recommend.

Megan listened to what I needed from the process and came back to me very quickly. Unfortunately the value she was able to offer for the property I am looking to sell was very low but if I were more desperate for the cash I'm sure her efficiency would be very welcome.

Jacob was informative, got back to me very quickly and was did not force me to a decisions just gave me the information and left it to me to think about. Advised em to check with our property buyers before making any decisions.

Megan was thorough in explaining the process and the rationale behind the offer for my home should I go forward. She was collaborative and willing to hear my views including providing alternative options the company could explore when I stated I was unhappy with the offer. She kept in contact to and was not pushy when I asked for time to think over my decision.
