I made a significant investment in the Prop bond and found the Prop team to be very professional and dealt with queries and online issues promptly. I have held back on giving 5 star as there are a couple of areas they can improve on. Firstly the headline return is quoted as 8 % and then it mentions 7% after costs but actual return is 6.92% as the fees from the investor are deducted upfront. If the costs were deducted at the end then the return would be 7%. If the investor was quoted the net rate as the headline rate it would have been better. Better still if the fees were paid by the borrower rather then the investor. Otherwise I look forward to doing more business with Prop and wish them luck.

Easy to navigate platform. Easily accesible information about investment products. A trusted team. I have been investing with the Partners of Prop for a number of years and I have always been impressed with their knowledge of the property market. A highly recommended company and platform .

Overall a great service.
I have invested with prop twice now and both my experiences have been very easy and all contact I have had with the team have been great. Everything is run very efficiently and I receive lots of information and updates regarding my investments. Overall a great service.
