I have worked as a managing agent and lettings negotiator for the last 5 years. After using Properly for the last year or so it has become indispensable for me now while setting up my own agency. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

Since switching to Propoly we have enjoyed a very high level of customer service. Something that is always promised but rarely delivered in prop tech.

If I could give Propoly 6 stars, I would! This platform is just brilliant and super easy to use and navigate. The team are also very accommodating and are always happy to help. Highly recommendable if you're thinking of tenancy progression platforms.

We've had an excellent experience with Propoly to date. Their system works incredibly well and is a huge time saver to agents. Also the fact that referencing and all legal paperwork is included in the software, takes away a lot of admin and worry. Very pleased.

To use Propoly for our tenancy progression has been an excellent move, pardon the pun, and Carl has been a superb account manager throughout the process. There have been teething problems with us getting used to the system, but Carl and his team are always on hand when needed.

Can't fault this team, available all the times we are...so basically all the time 🤣. Agency has changed and I'm so happy to be able to work with a firm who belive the same and step up to deliver a solution that fits what clients want.

At the start of the year our agency joined Propoly as a way to have all the elements of the rental market in one place. The software is great to use and makes tracking properties progress so easy. By having all steps from holding deposits, to referencing and contracts to even linking with TenantShop to aid with bills the whole experience has been AMAZING! Carl and his team are prompt to reply and are always on hand to help with any queries, questions and fix things whenever we have a problem. We have mainly worked alongside Carl who is a joy to be in communication with and is always happy to help. One of my favourite features is that you are also able to communicate with any of the propoly team on a web chat and the replies are always instant. The software has made a big difference to our business and automatically makes the whole process simplified and organised. Thank you for your help and the team at Cubix look forward to continuing this partnership :)
