The Trio of Stands I ordered look great and I am pleased with the quality.

However, for the price, I expected at least one spare screw. When I asked on WhatsApp, I received an auto‑reply directing me to buy extra fixings, which I won’t be doing — with postage it’s over £5. It feels a bit like buying an expensive suit with no spare button!

I’m organising a large family event and setting up the cakes myself on a busy, crowded day, so having a spare would give real peace of mind. As a company specialising in cake stands, I would have hoped for more awareness of the practical needs of customers setting up events. A simple spare screw would have made the experience feel complete.

Great product, but it would have been 5 stars with a little more consideration on the fixings.

First time ordering with PO a couple of weeks ago. My order seems to be stuck at the post office inexplicably. I contacted PO to see what we could as I was in urgent need of my order to take abroad with me. PO customer services have been second to none. Prompt, timely and friendly responses to help. They followed up with the post office, and now they are going to dispatch the order again to me, next day to hopefully reach me in time. I will also be returning the original order to them should it turn up at any point. In this day and age, this type of resolve is so rare. This isn’t just a good service, it’s a great service and all credit to the Prop Options team. Thank you so much, I would be delighted to order from you in the future.

I purchased the Angela Morrison Stencil (Song Brocade), the stencil is made with great quality and there are so many beautiful designs to choose from! My cakes look so regal and elegant when I use this! Will definitely be recommending this to others!

Terrible customer service and even worse quality.
I ordered a cake stand for my wedding, but it didn’t arrive on time — in fact, I didn’t receive it until two months later, and only after repeatedly chasing them. When I finally got a response, they were incredibly rude and claimed they had tried to contact me several times. When I asked for proof, they sent screenshots of my own messages chasing them! They then insisted I pay another delivery fee.

The cake stand itself is cheaply made, and you can clearly see the seam where it’s been put together. I wouldn’t recommend this company, their service, or their products.

Great service and fabulous products. I love the range of textured rollers and just waiting for the right customer to use the spiral on a wedding cake.
