I did receive my products, two days after the message that it was leaving "Ireland." The return address on the shipping label said it came from Chicago. It was packaged well,
but the items I bought did not work. The sewing lamp to laser mark cross lines designed to help with seams showed only one dot, which rendered it useless.
I tried to get hold of them and got annoyed with all the Hoops they expected me to jump through.
Buyer beware. I learned a good lesson from this fraud company.

I ordered well before xmas. No product, just vague shipping updates, routing the package all over the U.S..
A total scam, I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Don't waste your money doing business with these people.

This is not a legitimate company. The tracking number for my so called purchase doesn't exist. Shipping company doesn't exist. Tell me what step I should follow to try and get this fake company off Facebook and the Internet.

Ordered early dec. 30 days later still not here. So sorry i used them. Vague shipping updates. But may never get it. Wish i could have given zero stars.

Most god awful company. Run away they send fictional tracking numbers and answer via canned support messages

I paid $9.99 for express 3-day shipping, but the order did not arrive within that timeframe and was shipped internationally. I contacted customer service only to request a refund of the express shipping fee, not to cancel my order.

The company repeatedly avoided addressing the missed delivery promise and ultimately refused the refund, stating the fee was paid to the carrier. The express service advertised was not provided, which is misleading. Proceed with caution regarding shipping claims.

I ordered a product, then they ordered a second product. Sayed was computer error and say will refund only partial of the order there computer generated No shipping info or time of arrivial for product. Very slow responce . Appears product coming from over seas so tariff issues not stated at time of sale STAY AWAY FRO THEM

Terrible experience. Weeks and weeks. Says delivered, I have nothing. Back and forth emails to go and check post offices etc, all to say no our problem. I’ve seen these reviews to late it seems.

ordered glasses and got used and damaged glasses

They charged me over $8.00 in sales tax. On my purchase of $23, my tax should be $1.61. Seven percent sales tax in Florida.
Watch you billing if you decide to ourchase.

The delivery was prompt and the packaging was excellent. It was well-sealed and sturdy, keeping the item safe throughout transit. The inclusion of an instruction manual is appreciated, it made the product easy to use. The overall unboxing experience was pleasant. Very satisfied with the secure packaging standard, surely a mark of high service quality. Recommend for future purchases.

Stay away !! Telescopic Boat Hook was missing the pole. Customer Support said it comes like that and sorry that my shopping experience was unfavorable

I placed a order a couple months ago and have never received it, with no help from their support, they took double my money as well, it is clear this must be a scam, I do not recommend using.

This tool is surely a good addition to anybody's utility collection. I am satisfied with this purchase. Additionally, it's durable and shows no signs of wear so far.

I too bought a duvet/clothing storage bag which proved to be useless. Zip burst on first use, even with less content than advertised.

It arrived anonymously with only the UK distribution warehouse address on it so no prospect of returning as faulty goods.

Bought a so called large clothes/duvet compression organiser. Tried to charge me three times(all different amounts). When eventually arrived was useless- very small and really only a nylon bag. Ought to return it but not worth the effort or cost. Just put it down to being conned

The material is durable and has a robust build. It's a great tool which is designed intelligently. A worthy buy indeed. The term 'multi-purpose' truly lives up to the claim. It tackled the toughest threading tasks with ease and agility. The threading mechanism is smooth and efficient. This is a purchase I am not regretting. Excellent product, totally satisfied!

These bags are a total rip off. Should have read reviews before ordering. Waste of $42.00. Do Not get tucked in

Happy bird watching! This feeder is easy to fill and requires absolutely no tools. The automatic mechanism dispenses food only when birds come to feed. Thrilled with the bird feeder, bargain buy!
