On 6th June 2025 Clare (owner) and I agreed to make a custom hat in the colour Slate. The hat arrived in colour Grey
I told her it was made in the wrong colour ( as the tag specified Grey) when we specifically agreed on the colour Slate.
She told me to send it back so she could write 'Slate' in front of the word 'Grey' on the tag and send it back to me if that made me feel better.
Nowhere on her site is there a colour called Slate grey. There is only Slate, written as Slate. The other colours with Grey in it are: Grey, Light Grey, Dark Grey and Blue Grey, Pale Grey
She claimed that it was a custom-made job and because of that a refund would not be possible.
I am very upset that I paid £60 for a hat that we agreed to be Slate in colour, after countless emails to make sure that this colour was used.
No-where on her Refunds and Exchanges page states a hat cannot be returned and refunded if it was a custom job
