After our boiler decided to explode days before Christmas, the amazing team at Pro Propery jumped up and saved the day! Having finally accepted, we could no longer keep battling with our defunked old boiler, the guys at Pro Property arranged for a new boiler to be fitted on Christmas Eve no less!!! I can't tell you how grateful we are!! Special thanks to Zoè for sorting and Rob for spending his Christmas Eve saving our Christmas 🎄

Pro property returned to my garage conversion to iron out a few snags. They made everything good going the extra mile as usual. Dean convinced me it was worth sorting one thing properly rather than the compromise solution and glad he did. Thanks to Andrew, Ian and Jason for the workmanship.

Adam arrived on time. Did a great tiling job. Left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him.

I recently had Pro Property undertake a project that included moving a toilet, upgrading a shower, and fitting a new combi boiler, plus some additional plumbing work. Though the project took a bit longer than anticipated due to unexpected issues like rot, their team, especially Daniel, worked diligently every day. Daniel's professionalism and attention to detail were highly commendable, and his thorough communication kept me informed throughout. Pro Property demonstrated good value for money with their excellent workmanship and responsiveness. I also appreciated the detailed schedule they provided and how they managed to stay on track, even working weekends when necessary. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I'd definitely consider them for future projects.

Modernisation of a very old and tired family bathroom.

Pro Property provided a clear costed itinerary which they stuck to precisely. Each day we knew what was to be carried out. The fitter (Chad) became an extra member of our family. He was polite, punctual and talked to us at every stage of the project making sure everything was according to our wishes. He was also a very tidy worker, clearing up at the end of each day. The standard of his work was exceptional, I would go as far as to say that he was a perfectionist!

Needless to say we are extremely happy with the finished result and would happily recommend Pro Property to others.

Quickly responded to my Boiler issue gave me the instructions on how to bring the pressure back up which is great because I didn’t have to wait for a repair person to come out top quality service

Boiler service - easy to schedule, came as planned, quick job and competitively priced. Daniel was helpful, great comms, polite and left things tidy.

We had our downstairs toilet moved to a new micro-bathroom including upgrading an existing shower unit, demolishing a wall and building new ones with ancillary electrical work. The work took a bit longer due to rot being discovered, but we had people in working every day until completion. The workmanship was good quality and Pro-Property were very responsive whenever we needed to clarify anything. We are really pleased with the result, feel the work was good value for money and will definitely be asking them to quote for any further work.

Dan Herbert from ProProperty : servicing my boiler plus giving me advice regarding future boiler replacement, gas pipe maintenance, waste piping. Dan arrived on time, carried out the job efficiently, was courteous, knowledgable, professional and kept me involved in what he was doing. Pro-Property had told me the cost in advance - very good value for money.

Fitted a new combi boiler. Minimum disruption, very clean worker. Daniel left no mess after finishing work each day. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Just had my bath taken out and a walk-in shower installed by Chad a very nice (and always punctual) young man from Pro Property. He is a credit to the company, thanks Chad.

Pro-Property recently did a new kitchen and building project for us on a rental property we own. The work was excellent and we are extremely happy with it. After a few discussions they came up with some design ideas which worked really well. They then worked out a detailed schedule of works which meant over the course of month we knew exactly what would be done on what day, and they stuck to it! They set up a WhatsApp group for us and sent photos each day so that we knew what had been done and could monitor progress. The job finished on time, even though that meant them working on a weekend on occasion to make sure we stayed on schedule. Nothing was too much trouble and their trades we very friendly and courteous. The finish is excellent and we would certainly use them again - great job.

Work carried out by Chad in a professional courteous way had toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet and mirror fitted done to a very high standard. Would highly recommend pro property we have used them a few times

Adam the joiner did a very good job on the wonky doors, fitting wood to fill the spaces caused by the slope in the house. Fitted new locks on bathroom and toilet doors, made them close better, and fixed the kitchen door handle mechanism too. To round up, sealed all the cracks in the tiling in the toilet. Explained everything clearly and was friendly with a positive attitude. Well done to Adam and Pro Property!

Friendly staff that genuinely seem to care and want to give the best service. These guys are not going to try to squeeze money out of you.

I had Dean and Lewis come do some work today and both were really friendly and professional. Also a huge thanks to the office staff who have always been so friendly and helpful with any questions.
