Unlike many similar companies Propstore truly know what they are doing and know about the items they sell. Once again after making a purchase the item has been packed and delivered to the very highest of standards, the item was exactly as described and damage was not left to chance as the packaging was almost bullet proof!

Propstore has grown considerably since I first met them at a memorabilia event many years ago. They have grown in every way but have not lost the personal touch and continue to find rare and exciting items that I can add to my collection, long may they reign!

Stephen and the team at Propstore have been great supporters of Emmaus Hertfordshire over the past couple of years. As well as making some very thoughtful donations at key times of year (Chocolates at Xmas and Easter Eggs always go down well!), they also picked up the bill for our community Xmas meal, helped to decorate our TV lounge with some fantastic film posters and also hosted a number of companions for really interesting guided tours of the Propstore premises. It's a real pleasure to work with an organisation that clearly cares about living up to its values and making a really positive impact in the wider community.

We were very kindly able to visit Propstore recently and the experience was amazing. A professional, courteous and hard working group of people, dedicated and enthusiastic about what they do. Amazing set up particularly if you are into films at all! From more humble days when Stephen and Tim first started, it has grown into an unbelievable unique and ever growing business. They are obviously very busy people but made time for us and our friends, who were visiting from Canada, and it is a day we will all certainly remember. Everybody we spoke to on our visit were happy to talk to us and discuss things they must get asked over and over again. Thank you Graham in particular as he was the one getting bombarded with most of the questions on what was a very hot and sticky September day if you remember!

I've purchased items from Propstore over the years since they started business and have had nothing but the best experiences. The team is very knowledgeable and their subject experts are leaders in their field. Propstore's reputation in the prop and memorabilia collecting world is second to none.

I recently decided to sell some items and Propstore were my first (and only) choice. My items were included in one of their Entertainment Memorabilia Live auctions and right from the outset I was looked after extremely well, all the way up to the day of the auction itself, and afterwards when payments were due to me.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Propstore again for future purchases or sales.

I bought a few items from PropStore for the first time and was completely impressed by their customer care all the way from the purchase to the delivery. I love how easy they're buying process is. They are very knowledgeable about what they have up for auction, so any question I had was answered quickly and in-depth. Additionally, the shipping is definitely worth the cost. A lot of times when I buy collectibles, people tend to half-hazardly package them. Not Propstore. Whether my item was big or small, it was packed expertly in layers of protective materials. My items were in stellar, as-shown condition when they arrived. I can't say enough about how excellent my experience with this company was.

Absolutely stellar service and items. There’s a reason why a Propstore COA actually means something in this hobby (unlike so many others that are worth the paper they are printed on). Great products with all the hard research done for you. If you want the best of the best with peace of mind knowing the Props you won are the real deal then there is simply no one else but Propstore. The dedication to research is second to none. Not to mention the customer service is top notch as well. The quality of the auctions from the catalog to the employees you work with on the phone is exceptional. The shipping is not bad for what it is as they make sure to pack you items securely to insure there is no damage traveling around the world. You can definitely use you own shipping as it can be slightly cheaper but why would you risk something happening to your treasure to save a few bucks. From start to finish it is more then a 5 Star experience it is more of a 10 star white glove approach. Finally I want to iterate that I have been able to grow my collection tremendously through the years because of Propstore. If it wasn't for them searching these items out and bringing authentic carefully curated pieces to auction I wouldn't have anything. Thank you guys! You do not know who valuable your truly are to the collecting community.

At the short time I had the chance to work there it was great fun and really educational in terms of working with high class movie memorabilia, learning how to promote those items and interacting with buyers as well as conisgnors. Especially the time around the anual auctions was intense but the whole team is pulling it through together which made it quite an experience for anyone who loves to work in a well organized place. Payment was reasonable and the team, including the head staff earn a 5***** rating. If you enjoy working with exclusive movie stuff and heading out for dinner and drinks with the team after work, this is your place to go!

I can’t say enough about the Propstore Of London, and more importantly, the people who own and operate this company.
