Proraso Shaving Cream

Proraso Shaving Cream was recommended to me by a high-end barber as being one of the best on the market. When I bought the brand first, it worked well; however, the last three cans of shaving cream I bought either stopped working after several shaves or did not work at all. The problem appears to be the propellant, which does not work. I got in touch with the company and they asked me to supply them with the batch numbers on the cans. I did this and then heard no more despite reminders. I think for a high-end brand, this is very poor customer service. I would expect far more from them. I don't recommend this product based on my experience and I will not be buying it in future.
