As title says. There is no load above two walls where I asked for steel to be installed. The span of 1.2 metres only. They quoted £4.5k. Absolutely ridiculous. If you’ve got too much money to spend go for it.

My family moved to United Kingdom from Hong Kong in 2022. Our scope of home renovation included tiling, flooring, plastering, painting, plumbing and electrical installation. Daniel and his team were professional and completed the work to a high quality/standard. We were extremely impressed with their customer service in course of the renovation. Daniel could respond our enquiries on timely manner even after office hours. Finally, all work was completed as scheduled and within budget. We had no complaints with the finish.

I requested Prorenovate group ("PG") for changing my house's flooring, underfloor heating, painting, loft boarding, installing water softener, replacing the sink and the oven in kitchen. PG suggested me the things, saving my time for shopping around. The quality is excellent. I moved into my house before the chilling period in December. Thanks to Daniel and his team.

I’ve used Prorenovate to set up my games room. They helped me design, supplied materials and did an amazing job renovating what was a used blank space. They did the electrics. Painted the walls. Put up a poster wall. Set up projector with fixed screen and sorted the sound system wiring out. Very professional, polite and kept me informed with every step.

Plastered two bedrooms and Built bunk beds and storage in kids bedrooms. Full painting and decorating job to an amazing standard. Great lads, very polite and friendly. I would 100% recommend these for any job you had in mind. I was referred by my Mom who had these guys install her a downstairs wet room.

These guys are fantastic. They gutted my old kitchen. Rewired, plastered, painted, new flooring was laid. Fitted new kitchen units, cooker, integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher were included. New lighting was fitted. All this was done to a very high specification. Very professional, friendly people. Would highly recommend Prorenovate. All visitors comment on how lovely my kitchen is.

Nice professional team, good communication and open with pricing. We had the downstairs reconfigured, closing off what was a completely open plan space. The job was completed on time and budget and no complaints with the finish. Would recommend.

Was recommended from a friend of mine and they really did great. We have absolutely no idea about renovations and they gave us practical suggestions and good ideas within our budget. Their works are great overall at least not much delays and we are satisfied. Highly recommended!

After down sizing on receipt of the keys for our new home these guys quoted and won our business. It’s rare to find a company who turn up in time and do what is agreed and also kept to the agreed time scales. Very Happy

From start to finish James and his team at Prorenovate were first class. After receiving a very competitive quote we put our trust in this company to carry out some very much needed work in my 1960s built property. We had a full rewire of 3 bedrooms which were then plastered and decorated to a professional finish. The tradesmen who carried out the work were hardworking, clean and most importantly punctual. I would fully recommend them to friends and family.

Had a new kitchen installed by prorenovate. Great from start to end. Great help with the design process. They even let me use their discounts at magnet. I'll be using these for a rear extension in 2023.

We had Prorenovate knock down an internal connecting wall, then install a steel beam to structurally support the property. Prior to getting this work done we were a bit concerned with what the outcome would be, and wanted to ensure we had real professionals do this for us. As soon as they came around to view the project our minds were put at ease; they had done this same project countless times before and were very experienced. We also had a very good vibe from them as they seemed like nice honest people.

The project itself went very smoothly! All they required was lots of cups of tea and some music! The plastering was done very well, they helped connect the floorboards between the rooms so they transitioned well, and this was all completed in a few days. Overall I highly recommend them and will most certainly be using them for future projects.

Having used the teams previously some years ago for some smaller flooring and decorating jobs we trusted them with the re-fit of our kitchen and full redecoration of our open plan kitchen, living, diner including the fit of some bespoke panelling. I'm glad we put our trust in Prorenovate as they didn't fail to deliver and went over and above in getting the finish we wanted. I highly recommend the entire team.

James and his team completed a massive two storey side extension and a single storey kitchen extension and we couldn’t be happier with the work produced. We were lacking inspiration as to how we would like the final design to look and the guys were great at giving us ideas based upon their previous work. We would never have thought to add the skylights or bi-fold doors without their guidance, they also suggested built in blinds in the bi-fold doors which added a classy finishing touch. Having young children I was concerned about the mess the extension would cause, however I was shocked by the lack of dust and mess made. Even when they were knocking the walls through to the main house they protected everything inside and cleaned up any mess after themselves. I couldn’t believe how tidy and professional they were throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, top quality work from some really friendly honest guys.

I was very impressed with the customer service and after care we have received from this company. Not only are we over the moon with our wooden floor they have laid in our hall, but can’t fault the communication and professionalism from start to finish. We will definitely use them again when we have our new bathroom installed.

Really impressed with the team from start to finish. I had pretty much the whole downstairs of my mother’s property renovated. Kitchen extended and a downstairs wet room. All completed to an extremely high quality finish. In addition to the good work the lads took note of some difficult personal circumstances and worked around ‘us’. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Great company. Used the Prorenovate for a bathroom renovation . They were efficient, reasonably priced and the workmanship was top tier. Would definitely recommend them.

Used these guys to extend and renovate my kitchen, we got many quotes but 100% we used the right people they exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They are such a great team pleasant to have around and very reliable they were always punctual and very tidy and their work has been completed to the highest standard with very good eye for detail couldn’t be happier.
