Scam?
I placed an order but didn't get an email confirmation so I took a screengrab. 5 days later I have heard nothing and haven't received my WIFI extender, but the money has been taken off my credit card.
I have just spent nearly 2hrs on the live chat function and have got nowhere. Prorepeater say they have no record of my order. I have given them the order number, my name, email addresses and home address. The live chat got disconnected twice. Emails bounce back and telephone calls get disconnected.
This has all the signs of a scam (although would they have the patience to stay on the chat for 2hours? I don't!) I have raised this dispute with Amex.
