Moved into a new build and wasn’t aware of using a snag company. Neil contacted me and explained the benefits. He was able to come and undertake survey quickly. Whole experience was excellent. Neil is awesome, very professional, and helped identify snags we wouldn’t have known to look for. Overall, it’s the peace of mind it gives you. Highly recommend.

We recently used two services from ProExperts Group — ProSnag for a General Snagging Survey and ProLoft for loft boarding and insulation — and the experience with both was excellent.

The snagging survey was incredibly thorough. Joseph went through every room methodically and identified a long list of issues we would have completely overlooked, from minor cosmetic defects through to things that could have caused problems further down the line. The report arrived within 24 hours, clearly laid out with annotated photos, and was easy to forward straight to the developer. It gave us real confidence that nothing had been missed.

The ProLoft team were equally impressive. Dan and Andy carried out loft boarding and insulation efficiently and professionally, leaving everything clean and tidy. The difference it's made to usable storage space is fantastic!

What stood out across both services was the speed of turnaround, the attention to detail, the professionalism of everyone involved, and genuine value for money. Communication was clear at every stage and there was never any pressure — just honest, helpful advice.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend ProExperts Group to anyone buying a new-build or looking to get more from their loft space. A really first-class service all round.

I have quite a few properties and over the last few years I have spent countless hours trying to get problems sorted with builders after completion.
I have started using Prosnagexperts for snagging on property purchases since August. I have saved myself countless hours by making sure the builders do as they should before completion using the inspection reports from Mike and Jason.
They have been well worth the cost and the time and stress they have saved me over the last few months has been a huge help.
Prosnagexperts were recommended to me by a friend who had used them when purchasing their own property.
