We were a customer for years
We were a customer for years. Fullfilled all expectations client side and balanced the facility quickly everytime we drew. Our facility was suddenly removed with no options given. Final repayments were not recorded by the company and had to be chased to correct them. Communications were cold and unhelpful. After years of being a customer and paying the company substantially for its services we are left with a sense they care very little about their customers. Their tagline of “Trusted by Thousands” now feels like a joke. Would not recommend this business to anyone.

This is the worst sharking business around. If you miss any payment they sluge you with fee after fee.totally not flexible. I would not recommend prospa.
You say that you look into it but you don't care about your customers when they are already locked into your system ripping them off not being helpful. I will never ever use or recommend you or your services

Do not make the same mistake! Looking elsewhere!!!!
Funds were sent back to Prospa from Wise do I noticed them and they never got back to me after sending numerous calls and emails/documents to prove it got sent to them from Wise. Took them weeks to sort out the very simple and straight forward issue locking me out of my own funds. Hidden fees and not transparent at all. Be careful of this company high interest to start with and forever taking fees on top of the interest.
