Unfortunately, I must’ve signed up for a free trial or some thing and never even logged into this app or website. I noticed several months of charges and asked to be refunded and cancel whatever I accidentally signed up for, and although I have never even logged into nor set up an account for the service, the customer service team denied my request for a refund. Disappointing. We all need to be careful to stop clicking on these things that make promises unless we are sure we are able to take advantage of the purchase. I feel disheartened and would not recommend this service now.
