Extremely poor customer service and totally disinterested in replacing what even they admitted was poor quality stitching that should not have left the factory. Having spoken to the 'Manager' I was disappointed with the response which was "that whilst there was a quality issue the cover was usable so it will not be replaced".
The item looks good in the company photographs and I dare say some of them leaving the factory may be of a reasonable quality and do the job, but if you get one that doesn't, don't expect a quality customer service experience.

I purchased a full & front cover and at the moment I’ve only used the front one it’s a brilliant piece of kit so easy to put on and has been manufactured to a high standard compared to some of the similar products I have purchased in the passed, great piece of kit !

Wow what a product from an Excellent Company.
From the first contact till the end you are well informed of your Covers progress.
The ordering process was so easy and the lady who took My order Tai was so friendly and told me about the process of payment.
The follow up emails for the dimensions of where things are located, for clear panel for the solar panel and the access flaps where so easy to follow.
I am so Delighted with my Cover. It fits like a Glove and the Quality is Excellent.

One Very Satisfied Motorhome Cover Owner

The folding camper cover developed holes in each corner over the 2nd winter. The protec team - never a named person stated that the holes were “normal wear and tear”. The protec team would not take any responsibility for their product.

My wife bought me a towing cover for my birthday. Wow what a gift. From ordering to delivering Protec covers kept my wife informed every step of the way. Cover arrived today a week earlier then estimated, it fits my lunar quasar perfectly. Looks smart , top quality materials used. Many thanks highly recommend

The stitching on the elastic zipped panels in the middle of the cover was coming away. Despite being out of warranty, the panels were replaced free of charge. Only had to pay for shipping. There and back within a week. Very pleased.

I ordered my cover on Monday didn’t expect to get it till next week at the earliest but the chap from protec said he would put it through straight away as it had got be made received it within 5 days what an excellent service couldn’t be better well done fantastic service 👍👍👍

I ordered a new piece for my front towing caravan cover. I have purchased goods from Protec over the years, including the towing cover am discussing here. The replacement piece arrived just 50 hours! Yes 50 hours, after my telephone order request. The protec staff member was called Peter. I can honestly say that as a 77 year old, this service was absolutely 5 star and more. I damaged my Caravan cover carrying it past the garage wall. When I contacted Pro Tec to buy a repair patch they offered to send me a piece of material free of charge
The generous size piece of material arrived next day,
I thank the people in customer service for there support.

I emailed Protec to get some assistance. Almost by return they replied, asking a couple of questions to get more clarification. They then said they would send me what I needed.
2 days later it arrived foc!

I can't complement Protec Covers highly enough for their customer service, and as is often said: a happy customer is a repeat customer

We bought a towing cover from Protec covers several years ago and have recently upgraded our caravan and found one strap under a A frame was too short! One phone call to Protec and a longer strap arrived the next, free of charge! Absolutely amazing service. Cannot recommend them and their service highly. Brilliant.

Great cover. I was a little scared having given all the measurements for the cover that it wouldn’t fit properly but it fits like a glove. We have the solar panel and air con unit on a large A class motorhome so I am pleasantly surprised just how well it fits. Very impressive.

It is so nice to find a company nowadays with old fashioned customer service, Pro Tec is at the top of the list for friendly helpful staff and a can do attitude, i can not thank them enough for there help and expertise, helping me with my motorhome cover.

Its rare these days to find an efficient positive British company that goes the extra mile to give first class customer service after buying a product 3 years previous. I ordered a caravan front cover at the caravan and motor show early 2019 from Protec Covers. Over the years its been in constant use and only recent it showed signs of a small hole near the zip on the pull handle. I contacted Protec for advice on repair. Morgan the receptionist I spoke with asked me to email her some photos of the damage. Within 2 minutes she rang me back providing me with several options for the repairs. True to her word she sent the repair patches out and they arrived the following day. Now that's what I call service. I wish all companies employed people like Morgan maybe the British economy would improve and more people would buy British. Will be using Protec Covers in future. purchases.
