My patio was amazing. He was brilliant but i was meant to have a gate and it didn't turn up. Till the following day i was very disappointed. Apart from that, they did a really good job.

12 years ago I contacted them my dad said it won't work keeping cats in a large area they will find a way to get out
12 years later my cats are still alive and safe as we live on a main road best money I have ever spent keeping my cats safe thankyou

We had a cat fence barrier installed in our back yard last week and couldn't be any happier with it. Phil came to install it and he was so friendly and explained each and every detail of the process. He checked every aspect and corner for escape points and then did a marvellous job. It looks so tidy and well designed. Our two cats love it and are enjoying to come outside with their doggy brother and sister. We sadly lost our darling boy Pieter a few months ago due to a road accident and this is when I looked into cat proofing our back yard. I will highly recommend Protectapet. The process from getting a bespoke quote to the final installation was easy and everybody involved was so pleasant to deal with. Thank you, happy cats, happy cat parents !

Third Catio for 12 cat family.

Catio was installed in a morning and the cats love it.

Two optional shelves were purchased and the cats are never off them.

As a returning customer we cannot be more pleased with the fencing provided at our new home. Craig was incredibly helpful with the planning etc and Warren was absolutely amazing with the two day build, truly chuffed. Thank you!

This is a great fencing system to protect our cats. The installation provided by their team was sound and carried out to a very high standard.

We have had our ProtectaPet system for about a month, and are delighted with it. We have a small back yard and were quite concerned that it would give the place prison-yard vibes, but it blends in really well. Aesthetically, we have no complaints!

Our three cats, two big athletic boys who have previously been indoor-only in our home, and one petite lady who had been free-roaming in a rural home until she came to us when her human passed, are all delighted with their newly expanded territory. They have made a few attempts to jump out, but they get stuck and just fall down again. The boys might not really be aware that the world goes on beyond the garden walls, but the little lady certainly is. Nonetheless, she has settled in and doesn't seem concerned that she can't go beyond the garden. Their lives are vastly enriched by being able to go outside. My husband and I are also enjoying the freedom and peace of mind of being able to go outside without having to fight off three determined escape artists, and we're having great fun watching them explore.

The order process was straightforward. We provided measurements and photos and were sent enough materials for the installation. It does cost a bit, but it's competitive compared to some of the alternative options that we were looking at, and the cats agree that it was a good investment.

As we are in Éire they couldn't do an installation for us. We were disappointed about this as we were nervous about our ability to install it correctly and safely. One box got temporarily lost in the post during delivery. When I contacted ProtectaPet they were very helpful, but it turned up eventually and we didn't need any replacement parts shipped.

We got a great local handyman to help out with the installation, but realistically, if we'd had a bit more confidence, we could certainly have done the DIY installation ourselves. I would happily attempt the DIY installation myself now, having seen how it all works.

We have a few areas of concern (low roof in one section and a water butt that is badly positioned), so we will probably order some additional mesh and brackets to secure these, now hat we've had time to observe and find possible escape points.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this company and their solution for anyone looking to make their garden safe for their feline housemates!

Good value, really nice , hardworking guys, highly recommend

The guys adapted as they went along to make sure the fencing was secure and no way could little kittens get out. They are both really agile now but I’m confident the fencing will keep them safe. It’s so lovely to share half the garden with them and know that they are secure. Fencing and the gate are strong and well made.

The mesh is not sent with a straight cut, so there are two problems:
1) aesthetically it does not looks good, as you can see how the bottom and top parts do not go straight ending in the same grid line.
2) and more importantly, it is impossible to tighten the mesh between posts, which generates “bellies” in the mesh itself.

This has happened to me with other mesh, but honestly they were much cheaper. For what is paid in this case, I expected that at least the cut would be straight.
If I had known that, I would have bought the mesh elsewhere for much less money.

Brilliant fences and gates. Stopped my monkeys from escaping. Lovely friendly laddie great job. Even made me a tunnel with bespoke gate

ProtectaPet were great. The guidance given by my garden designer was very helpful and the installation was a stress free process. The installers, Rob and Martin were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My catio looks great.

This is the second time I have had Protectapet .. they are a wonderful team I have used them twice now and the customer service is excellent .. the time talking it through to make sure you are happy is also a bonus , Colin was extremely helpful to me along with Phil who really knows how to keep the cats in !! With his expertise .

Great service, and the fence both looks great and does exactly what I needed.

So pleased with the cat protection installed in my garden (I had the cat fence barriers installed) and so is Betty as she can now explore with confidence.

I can't fault the process from start to finish. Craig was brilliant at answering any questions I had and Warren was an absolute star working through what had been the hottest day of the year at that point and pointing out extra areas that he could see where Betty could potentially make an escape.

It gives me complete piece of mind to know that Betty can explore the garden safely but not get out, so she's a happy at-home cat, rather than an indoor cat.

I 100% recommend ProtectaPet and if I moved would not hesitate to use them again.
