Currently pay £28 per month

Currently pay £28 per month. Had alarm since 2002 when service was great, Local engineer etc, Not now. Sadly looks like I have to find another system for my peace of mind. Such a shame after all these years that there is no customer service and I need an alarm that is serviced and engineers turn up to correct their faulty service,

Service standards pathetic.

This company was excellent but oh!! How poor they have become. They send engineers not trained to work with the equipment. Engineers’ vans break down (happened twice in under 2 weeks). Engineers arrive without the equipment needed. They removed equipment they did not own, took it away and disposed of it. Failed to service the system at all for two years and blamed Covid despite the fact that another property has 2 services per year all through the pandemic. The CEO needs to get a grip of management while he has a company.

Used to be great, not any more

2 years ago I would have given them 5 stars, not anymore, the service standards have dropped though the floor.

I have been trying to book an engineer appointment for 5 months to service my alarm and update it. It has been a series of cancelled appointments, long waits on the phone to book re appoints which are always at least a month ahead only to be cancelled a day or two before. This week they even range me twice to cancel, giving a differnet excuse each time. Heaven knows what would have happened if my alarm had developed a fault, time to find a new alarm company I think.

I have been with them for about 10 years, not for much longer!
