This newspaper favors India from time to time. Very precisely biased newspaper.

Too much not true type news. It does report only making satisfying the ruler administration. No bold voice against wrongs of Government. I lost respect the news of this paper and stopped reading this.

Prothom Alo, despite being a Bangladeshi company, doesn't truly represent Bangladeshi culture or people. It often pushes its own agenda, resulting in one-sided news coverage. The outlet seems to favor India, even in situations where India may be at fault, often portraying them in a more positive light.

Prothom Alo has abandoned its core duty as an impartial source of information, actively promoting fascist ideologies through biased narratives, disregarding the necessity of a multiparty system, and shamefully remaining complicit and silent in the face of human rights violations. It is complicit to break the sovereignty of Bangladesh while assisting Delhi in its active role in destroying democracy and human rights in Bangladesh. The publication's deliberate departure from journalistic integrity raises alarming questions about its commitment to democracy, serving as a troubling example of a media outlet actively contributing to the erosion of fundamental democratic principles rather than upholding them.

One of the best newspaper in Bangladesh. Love their online portal also. Usually, they publish news that is more authentic than others.

This paper is rubbish, don’t have any ethical or moral ground to be number one Bangladeshi news paper of Bangladesh.
