I've had other orders from different companies using DHL [as Protoolsdirect use] The DHL couriers brings the items to my front door, non touch signature, good service!
Still waiting for a refund or replacement
I now just get silence from Protoolsdirect customer care now...

Dodgy as... Ordered, money taken and no joy. Tried contacting them and got nowhere.
I am not at all impressed with this company. I ordered and paid for a pair of ladders online on a Wednesday evening, I got a World Pay confirmation but no order confirmation. The website says all orders are delivered next day, so I expected my order on the Friday. By Monday I had no delivery and had heard nothing.
I rang the sales line several times and got a recorded message saying I couldn’t leave a message. I persisted and eventually spoke to a man who seemed to know nothing about my order. He did eventually find my order and payment and said there was no stock and not likely to be any. He said he’d refund my payment in full the same day. He didn’t.
I got onto my credit-card company and finally got a full repayment the next day. But if I hadn’t chased them I suspect they might have just sat on my money indefinitely. Really not impressed at all.

I ordered Peelaway on 01/05/20, I have received communication from Worldpay on the same day confirming the transaction. I received an order number from Pro Tools Direct on 02/05/20, ref:11018. I have not received any further updates and have become deeply concerned. I have emailed and tried to call but have not received a response. I work from home and had planned to use this product on my time off. I'm disappointed and wished I had purchased the product elsewhere. It is the first time when purchasing a product on line the confirmation does not even give you a copy of exactly what has been purchased, this is very odd. Simply getting a reference number and not being able to track the progress of your order is poor.
