Fraudulent company with fraudulent employees. They stole 2300 plus intrest and more from a wrong policy and after demands sent im having to file a police report and take them to small claims court. These people are a joke. Do not do business with them especially Austin Thomas I have him in email clarifying there mistake.
Our experience with them is the worst. Bad Company, be warned. About April 2019, we asked to finance a Forklift , but they sent us a Lease. Because my boss does not understand English that good she signed. But I was very clear that she wants to purchase, not lease at that time. We were informed by them yesterday, that they rented to us, not financed. After paying much more than the real value, we still own them over $10,000 for a forklift. And today we receive a phone call from them, asking us to take down the bad review, or they would call their attorney against us.
I was helped by Norman who was more than helpful. he guided me through the steps of leasing equipment for my company. I was able to get a work truck at a great rate and looking forward to growing my business more this year. He was really informative and helpful when he broke down the rates and finance terms. I know i don't have the best credit so i'm very happy i was able to get the loan.
