Provident Real Estate is a remarkable agency that really makes your experience renting a flat in the UAE very swift and smooth. They are very responsive and actively help you find your dream property, helping you with everything from A to Z. After working with them, I can not imagine ever working with any other real estate agency in Dubai. I recently moved to the UAE, and within a week here I was able to get settled in, with guidance on everything from Ejari, Dewa, contract, offers and everything in between! I found Provident Real Estate randomly online, as I had several other agencies. But, after a few calls and a meeting with Patric, my husband and I decided to stick to Provident. Patric understood exactly what we were looking for (which wasn’t so easy because this was our first property together), and the whole experience of viewing, communicating, and finally purchasing was seamless.

Provident helped me on handover, snagging, renting and then managing my properties in Dubai.
