They come to your home thru rebates, at the end their representative will ask your initial for a big $$$ lease contract…please don’t listen to what they say, but read what you have to sign on… they say lots of stuff but if a dispute they will deny it all at once.. if you read their contract you will find states like “ Reasonably foreseeable liability “. So they have zero liability over whatever happened…
My recommendation stay away. Be safe..

They promised to get things done as quickly as possible. Some issues are resolved already and hoping for the rest will be resolved soon.

HOW TO GET OUT OF FRAUD AND SCAM

I reached out to the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery to inquire about next steps.

The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (the ministry) administers the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (CPA), which sets out the rights of consumers when entering into certain consumer transactions in the marketplace. 

You can learn more about your rights as a consumer at Consumer Protection Ontario | ontario.ca. 

In Ontario, businesses are not allowed to engage in unfair practices as set out under the CPA. Unfair practices include false, misleading or deceptive representations and unconscionable representations.

 If an agreement is entered into by a consumer after or while a business, or person representing the business, engaged in an unfair practice, the consumer has one year after entering into the agreement to withdraw from it and seek a refund.

Named, Prachi. She is very respectfull and, helpfull. No guessing no assuming, and very polight.

This company installed a new water heater for us and within 4 months it stopped working. We made an appointment when it happened but when we called they said that there wasn’t an appointment. We called twice and when a technician showed up he didn’t know how to fix it. 24 hours without hot water at this point and counting. We call again 4 times and they tell us each time that they will call us back but we never heard from them. We have been without hot water for 2 days and haven’t heard anything from them. Their lack of response and quality of product speaks for itself.

a great experience with everyone so far, the HVAC guys were really and the customer service people were helpful, they guided me on how to get in case of any problem.
