Do not ever get into business with this company, it will be your biggest mistake! Everything is a scam. They will be at their best at the beginning of the process of their services obviously and once they get what they wanted they will be out of reach. Communicating with them is a headache, customer service totally is messed up with bunch of LIARS working there, they will block you in the app, office stated in their website is a BIG LIE! Please take time to read their reviews in all platforms, FB, IG, TIKTOK, TRUSTPILOT AND IN HERE. You can tell how messed up they are, how evil they are for scamming people.
Also, as noticed they only reply on good reviews and not on bad ones obviously. PLEASE STOP SCAMMING people! PAY ALL THE BUY OUT PLANS YOU PROMISED!

This company lies!! Do not use them for services. They get in quick so you don't have time to change your mind within 10 days. The equipment isn't able to be transfered to new home Owners. They told me I'd have to either buy out the $20,000!!!! Or get the new owners to etransfer me every month. They also lied about the interest on this contact. They said it would go up to 12% after a year. Now I phoned and it's 30%?!? I'm going to sue this company.

Third class and fraud company. Sales person giving wrong information and commitment that any time u can cancel contract and no panettone but u can break contract in first 10 days only. Normally ppl think to use service and then decide meanwhile u r under contract for 20 years and trapped nobody is receiving call in customer care too for 2 hours so better choose reliance

Never waste your money and time with…
Never waste your money and time with these guys. They don’t have professional and efficient staff. I got furnace and water heater installed with these guys and the technician who installed haven’t done according to the city guidelines and now I got an infraction report to fix the issues. I have sent an email of the report and keep on calling the customer service to follow up. It’s been 40 days and still they say there are no technicians available. And the due date to fix the issue is very near and still these guys don’t care anything. I strongly suggest never ever go with the provincial smart home services , they don’t care about their clients once they sold their product.
Big big time money grabber
Good afternoon, provincial smart home services and their support staff is very bad. They don't know what they guys are doing. My buyout bills are not paid. HERE IS THE BIG ONE. IN MY LAST REVIEW SAVEENA FROM SALES DEPARTMENT RESPONDED AND TOLD ME TO E-MAIL HER REGARDING MY PROBLEMS. I SEND HER E-MAIL ON JULY 18TH 2024. TODAY IS JULY 31ST 2024 NO RESPOND. THEY NOT GIVING ME MY PRE- INSPECTION REBATE NUMBER FROM 4 MONTHS. THIS COMPANY IS BAD. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
They are scam
They are scam. They promised a lot at the time contract 8 months but has not fulfilled any. They are are suppose to buy out o Enercare and for last few months they are telling me they will pay in 20-30 days but has not paid and I have end up to pay to save my credit history. They are not professional at all.
BUYOUT AND REBATE
It's been over 7 months and the PHS hasn't completed the buyout as promised nor shared the status on rebate program .

Hot water tank was beeping after the rain storm called for service still no reply from Provincial Smart Home techs. the recording comes on that they are extremely busy and ask for your name as the phone # is already in their system so which makes it obvious if they want to call you back or not.

This company is a total scam. They talk about the energy rebate and not how you are taking out a very long term loan. You only have 10 days to cancel your services.
Service Sucks
On July 6th we called PSHS because our A/C has stopped cooling. we have called on the 7,8,9,10,11,12, and 13th without getting a serviice tech to come and fix our 2 year old A/C. Excuses keep being told to us, appointments are made without the service tech showing up twice now wasting our day and promised return phone calls never materialized.
We are seniors with health issues and we need the A/C. This company sucks, its been over a week now and still no response to when a tech will arrive.
Switched to Provincial Smart home…
Switched to Provincial Smart home services and I was told that I'll be getting $250 Amazon Gift Card which never arrived. I keep calling their number and keep pressing the option 1 and 2 and nothing happens. So hard to reach them on phone. I was told that they buy out my Water heater rental from Enercare and I still keep getting Bills from Enercare.

This company is a total scam when you finally do get through to someone on the phone. They say “we’ll look into that” and they never call back. They never applied for my rebate and the gas company says they’ve never heard of them that lost me $7000. The service agreement was over $6000 and I can’t even get them on the phone stay away from this.!!!!!!

Provincial smart home is the worst company ever!!! They have ruined our credit score by not paying for the buyout in past 2years period and we are helpless as no one is answering the call no one is replying back. When we sent the proper invoice of buyout they declared it as fake. While transferring the services two years ago from another competitor to provincial smart home their agent Alex gave the every detail and made us believe that they will take care of all the buyout and we don’t have to worry about anything they will deal with the other company by themselves. And it was all a scam. After getting the services installed this Alex never answered any of our calls nor did he reply to any messages. When contacting the customer service no one is helping and still our buyout are pending and also these people are not providing us any proof that they have paid any of the buyouts. Moreover our previous service providers have sent collection team to collect the buyout amount and now we have lost all of our credit score just because of these provincial smart home people!!
