This company is nothing but a fraudulent operation selling counterfeit products without any brand authorization. As a result of their illegal activities, our Amazon account was suspended, causing significant financial and reputational damage.
Their service is beyond pathetic. It took them a month to fulfill our first order, despite daily follow-ups. They have no telephone support, only email, which they rarely respond to. Communication is virtually non-existent, making it impossible to resolve any issues.
They are completely uncooperative and refuse to issue refunds under any circumstances. Despite selling us fake products and causing us substantial monetary losses, they have shown zero accountability. Our order is still incomplete, with only half the products delivered.
Do not fall victim to these scammers. Save yourself the headache and financial loss. Avoid this company at all costs.
