The bottle arrived damaged due to a very poor packaging. The bottle was just in a cardboard box that wasn't really thick, no bubble wrap or anything else to protect. That box was packed in a simple plastic enveloppe (not the one with bubble wrap), no extra protection.
Sent four emails and one message on Instagram regarding the issue and haven't got any reply. No respect for their customers.

I accidentally bought the wrong bottle lid, I emailed customer services asking on what was best to do as I couldn’t see the correct one on the website. Without me even asking, they so kindly send me the correct one out free of charge. I was honestly so grateful. Thank you so much!

Very nice bottle indeed, good personalisation options and transaction, chose yellow script on black ground - but color seems sort of green...

Your company did very well, I think. The problem is that the content of your package was stolen on the way to me. Only the additional blue top of the bottles was left in the package. I think that I will have to renew my order.

The customer service team were really helpful making sure I got the right new cap to fit my bottle. I love my white bottle with a wolf on the side and now it has a great resealable cap so I don’t squeak taking the lid off in the middle of yoga.

quality bottles. the Gen 2 lid for the 1 litre bottles is much better than the Gen 1 lid for the same bottle. the only thing i can say would be a design improvement is the straw is too short for the 1 litre bottle resulting in you not being able to fully empty the bottle. i dont mean some drops here, i mean theres always at least two fingers widths left of your drink before its empty.

delivery is fast. i have ordered from proworks a couple of times and any errors are put right immediately. good company that is better than its peers!

The print in the bottle are bad. There must not have been enough ink, we can see the printing lines plus there is a scratch on the black bottle. In short, I am disappointed.

I made my order 1 week ago and it is still waiting for dispatch, even when the website says it will be dispatched in one day. I already sent messages on Instagram, and email and used the onsite chat and I don't have any answer from them!
