Was gifted bottle for Christmas. The lid got dented after only a few weeks. Found out from other reviews that this happens a lot. Customer service said you could buy replacement lids on their website which I did. Shame they don’t have all the colours available because now I have a purple bottle with a white lid.

I bought my bottle from proworks and I was super happy with it. Keeps my water cold for hours. Then I bought one for my husband as a gift and he loved it. Now I bought one for my baby's formula. Keeps the water hot and over 70°C for more than 5 hours which is way better than other insulated flasks in the market. Definitely recommend proworks bottles!

No product! No response to my phone messages. No response to my emails!

Had a slight issue with the wrong item being delivered, however it was quickly resolved quickly and with no issues!

I bought an extra straw lid for my 2l bottle, I love my bottle, the water is always fresh however the old lid’s handle couldn’t support the weight, and this new one the straw it’s too short

Completely wrong order left multiple message NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU ….emails bouncing back UNDELIVERABLE …I have now requested money back from the bank….save your money DON’T BUY

The Gen2 bottle we bought for our daughter is really good quality, but even more impressive is the customer service. We needed replacements for lost parts and Nicki has been really helpful in getting us what we need 👍

Absolutely shocking. Only had my bottle for a few months and not even used it much and there are big dents and scratches all over it. Before I purchased the bottle customer service got back to my query straightaway. However, when I have since tried to reach out, several times, with these faults, I've had no reply at all!

Terrible customer service. My friend bought me a bottle as a birthday gift but the paint hadn't printed properly leaving the bottle looking faded and weird. Contacted customer services and provided photos and they agreed to send a replacement. A replacement was received in the incorrect size bottle. On contacting customer service again and offering to send the bottle back at my own expense I was told not to worry and the right size would be issued. I've never seen this and it was 16th April it was supposedly sent. I waited and then contacted again as not received and no tracking and was advised it must have been lost in the post and another would be issued. Yet again I've never received it and, after waiting a week to receive a tracking number, I've now been waiting nearly 2 weeks for this replacement bottle which is still saying that it's waiting for the sender to dispatch the item. So now I'm getting no responses to any emails and nothing is happening at all. I can only assume that it's not been sent, I'm being lied to and my emails are just being deleted.
It's ridiculous to wait this amount of time considering I could buy a bottle on Amazon from them and receive it same day!
For a company who states that customer service is important to them, they're not doing a very good job of showing it.
I'll stick to Chillys in future.

The temporary issues on my order have been efficiently solved by the Support.

I would not hesitate to order on this site when needed.

I can say just that i’m so happy with this bottle,the quality is amazing and for sure i will purchase more

What to like: the bottle quality build was great and the design was also amazing. I also give kudos to the customer service as they were really kind and helpful.

What not to like: packaging could be a bit more sturdy as the bottle cap arrived with a dent. I know the delivery company's processes are outside of their control, but the delivery time is really long (upwards of 3 weeks).

Edit: I forgot to add in the positive part of the review that when the cap was damaged, they sent a new one free of charge.

Easy and straightforward purchase of good quality bottle. Lots of choice to make ideal gifts.

Honestly was a bit dubious on this company and quality of bottles. I’m happy to say I’ve been proved wrong and they are amazing!! Lovely bottle design, sturdy, good price. Couldn’t be more happy, will definitely use in future

Thank you to ProWorks and especially Nicki for the wonderful service I received this week.
Nicki sent me a surprise replacement part after I enquired if I could fix my broken travel mug. It’s the best one I’ve ever had and it was totally user error that snapped a part, after daily use for 2 years!
I was so surprised to receive it in the post.
Nicki could not have been more helpful and the product I have is such good quality that I will always stick with this brand.

The web is horrible. I cannot join to follow my demand and I try it so many times. I don’t know where is my demand and I have no idea when I will get the order.
In addition, the order is supposed to arrive in about 7-10 days and I placed the order on February 1st and we are at 15th and I don't know where the package is. I’m upset
