Absolutely love our new Proworks bottles. It's so nice to still have an ice cold drink out in the recent heat and still as cold returning home 5hrs later. I bought one each for my husband and myself. Beautiful colours, extremely top quality products. Delivered very fast. Definitely recommend item and seller. Thanks Proworks.

The 1.5l explorer bottles are fantastic, just a shame they are not regularly kept in stock!

I love these bottles and I’ve purchased a new one every two years or so. I use them every day, as I’m disabled and they allow me the independence to make tea from my hospital bed every day. Love the designs and the water stays hotter than any other bottle I’ve tried. One very happy customer. Highly recommend.

I have been using pro work bottles for a couple of years now, actually the whole family using it! My last order for my children arrived with some scratches on it and with one of the straws seems different!

Bottle arrived on time and is a great bottle to use for both hot and cold water. I have the 500ml and the 330ml. Love using them both. Worth having them both 😊.

I love my new pro works bottle…. I have around 6 now in different sizes and patterns but like this one as it has a straw and bottle lid in a litre size

Terrible customer service. Have completely stopped responding to me. I returned 2 bottles for an exchange and they acknowledged they have received the bottles back but despite saying the exchange will be processed it is over a month later and nothing received. I have sent multiple chase up emails and nothing. Steer clear.

My new proworks bottle arrived on time and well packaged. This is my second bottle, slightly bigger than the first one. Definitely worth the money and would recommend

ordered seals for a 1000 mm proworks bottle which are obviously uite wide but was sent a pack of seals that are all way to small

Delivery was ok.Had the 1litre bottle for a few days seems ok..used it to hold water .The bottle has had an easy life yet the red outer coating is scratched and marked so maybe a plain stainless would be better?

Good vittle that does not leak is the most important thing to know

The bottle itself is lovely, as i knew it would be - i've bought a few. However, i am truly disappointed with the customer service. I ordered on 10th August, and emailed on 31st August when the bottle hadn't arrived and there had been no update to explain why. I have found the Shop app experience pretty terrible as well, so that didnt help. I still didnt receive any response to my email, but did receive a generic email to say my product was on the way. No apology or recognition that it was well over the published timeframe - one i had used to ensure i was ordering in time to take my bottle away with me. Sadly i had to ask for a rescheduled delivery as it was arriving while i was away. I love the bottle but disappointed with the communication.

Since posting this review i've now had chance to read previous reviews...my goodness! Turns out i'm not alone!

Official bottle lids leaked. The straws they came with keep falling out, and are too short.

Support asked me for details of my order. Then ghosted me.

Better alternatives found on places like Amazon.
