I can’t say enough great things about this company! They have truly been amazing to work with. Their customer service is fast, incredibly responsive, and always so helpful. Any time I’ve had an issue, they’ve been nothing but understanding and quick to resolve it.

Everyone I’ve interacted with has been super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They always take the time to answer all my questions and make sure I have exactly what I need. It’s rare to find a company that consistently provides both great products and outstanding support, but they absolutely do. Highly recommend!

Trying to get help with how to level the top platen that is no longer touching the bottom one. Customer service is horrible - asking for a video or photo but refusing to say what they are looking for so I can send. I actually know what the issue is just not how to fix.

The staff at Pro World was great, as well as the products! We ordered some heat press materials from them a few years back and had no problems. It seems they change the heat press material for the better! Also, putting together our design on their webpage was easy and they were very responsive to helping us out and any questions we had! I would highly recommend them!

Awesome company, great customer service, top-notch quality!

I worked with customer service to find an old order, she only found one but she modified it the what I needed and said art would fix it. We confirmed the order I wanted then confirmation email was the wrong design. I needed to make a delivery so I just accepted it. Very poor customer service since the change from custom.
