They don't reply to emails when there is a problem with an order. Not clear whether this is an active business.

Hadn’t heard of the business before but was pleasantly surprised when my items arrived pretty much a day later! Super fast delivery and nicely packaged!

This site is a fraudulent site. Avoid it. Check there is no contact no. SCAM

First time ordering from here - order was placed and quick email to the order was placed. However I then recieved no updates, even though it says you will get notifications when dispatched etc, and if I look at my order now it still says processing. I sent an email to ask if the order was going ahead as it was supposed to be first class delivery and still haven't recieved a reply a week later.
I have since had a reply, and an apology for the slow responce with my postage being refunded as a good will gesture so all in all I am happy with the overall service.

Sent 3 products that expired in a week, no reply from emails in 6 days and counting regarding getting a refund or replacement for a nearly £100 purchase

Edit to add, company got in touch as soon as review was submitted and sent a return label. After visiting post office, was informed that the return label wasn't valid. Yet again, no reply to email so had to get a refund through PayPal.

Really great item, useful and the service was quick, it was well packaged and the price was excellent .

I believe the conpany simply await orders before trying to get stock of the items orders.

Sale was good and delivery . The product lacked finesse more care should be taken on welding areas and the adjoining corner should be smooth to allow the hose to flow freely through

Hopeless! After waiting a month for my order I had to email twice to be told they would look in to why I hadn’t received it. Said they'd get back to me ASAP. Another 8 days passed before I emailed again only to be told they were out of stock! CRAP service!
