Easy fit and works well.

I fitted this to my Mercedes-Benz SLK. Straightforward; bumper off, fit foil strip, wire up and go. Except I was concerned that my car has cambus electrical system. Several emails to Italy later, the cambus was actually not an issue. I probably tried their patience, but Proxel remained calm, reassuring so I cut the wires and made the connections. The system is brilliant. The customer care is first class.

Overpriced, poorly packaged, terrible support.

I purchased "EPS-DUAL 3.0 with Display Wireless" in February 2016 which is essentially same as countless Chinese clones except the wireless display which was the main reason to purchase it. it arrived with broken off tiny buzzer sound switch. Most likely that happened during shipping since item wasn't in hard cardboard box, but in envelope style package with some cushioning.

Initially I requested replacement with the seller covering shipping since it was effectively their fault for not packaging it properly, but seller refused. They requested me to cover return fees. After seeing the product and getting a feel of their practices (inconsistent info on we page, cherry-picked all-positive testimonials, poor reviews elsewhere, poor e-mail communication) I decided that they don't deserve my money decided to return the item for a full refund.

After receiving the item they didn't want give the refund claiming I didn't follow rules outlines in "Right of Withdrawal" which was untrue since I had done that to every tiny detail After two requests they failed to concretely point to rules I didn't follow.

At this point I pointed out that their "conditions of sale" contradict with EU Online Sales Directive. Their rules were based on outdated Italian online sales laws that have been updated already few years ago, For example their rules stated that withdrawal period of 10 days, but current law actually allows for 14. Also they didn't provide mandatory withdrawal form. After pointing to their own failure of following laws & rules and threatening to request refund via PayPal (it costs them more), they quickly refunded the money.

They do not deserve your money! You'll be better off buying on ebay for 1/10 of the price.
