bad system with bad support
They sent me an email to claim 50GB proxy free but when I claim, their system said that I already claimed it and can only claim it for once. I have never claimed any proxy from them. What a “great” system. And their support is just like their system. They hang up the support chat suddenly without let you say anything lol. Stay away from a bad support and bad system.

I don't beg for your proxy or anything, YOU SENT me an email as a gift and right after that you said i am cheating you to get that. Ridiculous. Are you making fun of me?
The support is also a joke, hang up immediatly like that is never a thing support service would do. I don't need services with that attitude.
The ip address thing is not a right way to detect multiple claim. 1000 people use the same vpn (for example iCloud private relay of Apple) may have the same IP. Public internet like coffee or library share the same IP for everyone. In my country, IP is dynamic for household and will be rotated each time modem reset. Your super smart detecting system that you proud to be “extremely unlikely to fail” will fail a lot. Lol

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. We have multiple detection methods to ensure users don't claim the proxies more than once. While there might be a false positive sometimes, this is extremely unlikely. Unfortunately, if that is the case, there is very little to do about it, as we can not prove otherwise. 50GB is a lot to many people, and they will say and do anything to get it.
We are not saying that you are cheating the system, we are simply explaining what happened and why we can't offer you anymore what we have promised. After further checking it seems like the reward was claimed multiple times from the same IP address.
We are simply trying to prevent our system from being abused. We do not permanently check against the IPs, only a short period of time, and for the amount of people and IPs around the world, this is very unlikely to happen. I'm sorry that this was what happened to you. I did however check on our support ticket, and I must say, it was not correctly handled and we will try to improve on it in the future.
