I was disappointed with my experience

I was disappointed with my experience. After receiving a $1,300 veterinary bill, my coverage only reimbursed approximately $25, which fell far below my expectations. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service. I found that paying out-of-pocket directly through my veterinarian was more cost-effective, as they offered very reasonable pricing.

When processing claims, we are required to review medical documentation from your licensed veterinarian to ensure the claim is evaluated accurately and in accordance with your policy terms. First time buyer

I never bought pet insurance before so they made it very easy by providing several options to choose from and with the ability to change options, I was able to compare price differences with the quotes they provided. I also called the support line and was able to ask questions as well. They answered the phone quickly, answered my questions, and I was actually able to understand the rep. You speak to a live person which is a plus. Lastly you can always change your policy as well. I feel better knowing I have this in case something happens to my dog, Levi.

I forgot Rebecca’s last name

I forgot Rebecca’s last name, but she was the representative I spoke with. I was truly amazed by how she interacted with me, especially knowing that I have some English barriers.

I was very impressed and grateful for how enthusiastically she explained everything regarding signing up insurance for Milo. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She listened carefully to all my concerns and took the time to understand my needs.

She patiently explained every detail, making sure I understood the entire process—especially how claims are processed from the veterinary clinic or hospital.

It’s rare to find a customer service representative who is so patient and willing to educate someone over the phone.
