I am very thankful for the great customer service at this webshop. I bought my first hair pieces here, and OMG it was so difficult to make a choice, I had to change my orders 4 times, cancel and re-order.... I reached the company via WhatsApp with all my frustration, and they were very supportive and understanding, sending me images and videos of the products, so I could decide on the hair color. After all the hassle decision was made, the order was shipped very quickly, and I was getting updates on the shipping status till delivery confirmation. I loved all the products that I received, everything was a great match and it was worth the hassle. I am going to order more stuff from this website, absolutely.
